Lawyer in the corporate, tax and contractual area, focusing on the Third Sector and Social and Impact Investment, including endowment. Legal advisor to the Coalition for Philanthropic Heritage Funds, led by IDIS – Institute for the Development of Private Social Investment, having contributed to the drafting of Law 13.800/2019, the Endowment Law. Participated in the elaboration of a bill for the fiscal incentive of municipal taxes for cultural institutions in São Paulo. Member of the group led by GIFE – Group of Business Institutes and Foundations – for debate and research on Economic Sustainability of Civil Society Organizations, of the Paulista Social Dialogue, an initiative led by FGV-SP, APF – Associação Paulista de Fundações and CONACI – National Council of Internal Control – to bring the dialogue between public and private actors and control bodies closer together. Invited Professor at the Open School of the Third Sector and the MBA Course in Museum Management, held by ABGC Gestão Cultural, Universidade Cândido Mendes and Expomus; is one of the authors of the book O Legal da Filantropia, edited by NOESES in 2019 and of the book Fundos Patrimoniais Philantrópicos – Sustainability for causes and organizations, 2019. Author of the technical article “Aspectos Tributários dos Endowments”, published in the Journal of Contemporary Tax Law, vol. 22, year 5, p.137-164, São Paulo, Ed. RT Jan.-Feb./2020. Volunteer work as President of the Fiscal Council of IDIS, member of the Board of the Institute for Adolescent Recycling – RECICLAR, of the Green Finance WG of LAB CVM and of Catalyst 2030. Founder of the Spiralis Institute. Pro bono lawyer for some community institutions.
