Professional Experience

Experience with corporate, tax and contract law, with emphasis on the Third Sector and Social Impact Investment, including endowment. Legal consultant to the Endowment Funds Coalition headed by IDIS - Institute for the Development of Social Investment, and has contributed to the drafting of Law 13800/2019, the Endowment Act. Participated in the drafting of a bill for tax incentive of municipal taxes for cultural institutions in São Paulo. Member of the group headed by GIFE – Group of Institutes, Foundations and Enterprises – for the debate and research on Economic Sustainability of Civil Society Organizations, the São Paulo Social Dialogue, an initiative headed by FGV-SP, APF – Associação Paulista de Fundações and CONACI - Conselho Nacional de Controle Interno – to bring closer the dialogue between public and private players and controlling institutions. Invited professor at Escola Aberta do Terceiro Setor and at the MBA in Museum Management Course offered by ABGC Gestão Cultural, Universidade Cândido Mendes and Expomus. One of the authors of the book “O Legal da Filantropia”, edited by NOESES in 2019, and of the book “Fundos Patrimoniais Filantrópicos – Sustentabilidade para Causas e Organizações”, 2019. Author of technical paper “Tax Aspects of the Endownments”, published by Revista de Direito Tributário Contemporâneo, vol. 22, year 5, p.137-164, São Paulo, Ed. RT jan.-feb./2020. Volunteer as President for IDIS Fiscal Council. Member of the Conselho do Instituto de Reciclagem do Adolescente – RECICLAR. Founder of Instituto Spiralis. Pro bono attorney for some social institutions.
