In mergers and acquisitions transactions, Fernanda participates in all stages of the operation, including the structuring, legal due diligence coordination, drafting and negotiation of all related contracts and corporate documents. She assists the companies from the conception of a new format to the complete implementation in corporate reorganizations and restructurings arising out of tax or estate planning.
